DY-37FA is a milky white injection-grade crystalline PET resin, also known as heat- resistant PET. This material can replace ABS and form PET products in the molds originally used for ABS.

Product Features

1、Excellent processability:

The processing temperature of common PET requires 270℃, while that of DY-37FA only requires 230℃-260℃. This material has good fluidity and excellent impact resistance.

2、Convenient molding:

Ordinary PET has special requirements for the cooling water circuit of the mold, and the cooling water needs to be cooled by an ice-water machine. The DY-37FA can use ready-made ABS molds, and the products can be rapidly formed when the cooling water temperature of the mold is below 50℃.

3、Recyclable and renewable:

This product is designed in accordance with T/CSRA 16-22 “Design Guidelines for Recyclable and Renewable Polyethylene Terephthalate Packaging Containers”, is easy to recycle and regenerate, and can enter the PET recycling system.
