DY-200 is a glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate(PETG) with excellent clarity and processability. It is an amorphous resin with excellent chemical resistance and anti-whitening resistance. The light transmittance reaches 91%, reaching the transparency of PMMA, and its impact resistance is close to or even exceeds that of PC. The performance and processing of this product are on par with those of PN300, it is suitable for high-end cosmedic packaging, medical packaging and personal care product packaging.

Product Information

Drying Processing
Polyester chips will absorb moisture from the air during transportation, storage and opening for use. Before molding processing, the moisture content of the chips should be controlled at ≤0.05%. It is recommended to use a dehumidifying dryer and dry them at 65-70℃ for 4 to 6 hours.
Molding Processing

* The shape and forming conditions of products should be based on the capacity of the machine. The above data are for reference only.
* Compared with common PETG, DY-200 is possible to be processed and formed at a lower temperature.
