        TZ815 is an impact‑modified grade based on general‑purpose PLA resin. 

It improves the impact strength of 3D‑printed parts, making it well‑suited for large‑size applications.

General‑purpose screw: L/D ratio 24:1 to 30:1 Compression ratio 2.5:1 to 3:1 

4、Drying Process 

TZ815 is crystallized and dried prior to delivery, featuring crystallinity above 30 % and moisture content below 400 ppm. 

Nevertheless, PLA readily absorbs moisture. 

Re‑drying is required if the material is exposed to ambient air for over 30 minutes or when regrind/recycled material is incorporated.

5、Hazards & Handling

PLA exhibits few toxicity. Under normal use, accidental ingestion, eye or skin contact will not lead to adverse health effects. 

Nevertheless, appropriate care shall be taken during handling, storage, processing and disposal.

Good housekeeping is required for safe operation to minimize dust generation. Heat‑resistant gloves shall be worn for protection when contacting molten resin.

Steam and dust may form during handling and processing, which can irritate eyes and upper respiratory tract. An approved dust‑mask should be worn.

Adequate and comprehensive ventilation is required in the processing area.

6、Waste Disposal

Do not discharge waste material into sewers or groundwater. For unused, uncontaminated PLA, recycling is the preferred option. 

Otherwise send to incinerators or other thermal‑treatment facilities. 

For used or contaminated PLA, the same disposal route applies, subject to prior risk assessment.

All disposal activities must comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
